Both my boys have gone through the centre after trying a few others. They absolutely loved it. Adjusted to the teachers, I could leave them knowing and trusting they were safe and well taken care of. A fantastic centre!

My daughter has been attending this daycare since she was just one year old, and it has truly been like a second home for her. The teachers are incredibly patient, caring, and attentive to each child's needs. They always communicate promptly with parents whenever there is even a small concern, which gives us great peace of mind. The centre also has its own kitchen where fresh meals are prepared daily for the children, providing healthy and nutritious food. We are very grateful for the love, care, and support our daughter has received here over the years.

Still amazing, but still no sky diving. 1 more kid left at Centre and loves it ☺️

The wife and I are very picky, we spent many many moons deliberating the expansive list of benefits when considering a day dwelling for the recently birthed human. After spinning a wheel with 57 ECE centers in the area, a moon-bean shone down on us as the wheel stopped on CIC NS ECE BE SSC Centre. Since that fateful day, our child of Mitosis has flourished in this supportive, educational and positive emotion stuff even though the tinny human expels waste while in motion.
Negatives:
They don't currently provide extracurricular activities such as sky-diving, spear fishing or deep sea volcano exploration, but I am told this is something they are enquiring further into.

City Impact Church Child Care has been a great addition to our family. My children absolutely adore their teachers. They are welcoming and have a motherly feel, just what you want for babies and toddlers. They have fostered such great connections, that trumps anything additional. Adding to this, the learning they are doing is phenomenal. My babies came home wanting to use utensils, able to use these from a very young age, all kudos to the teachers at CIC child care! It’s been such a wonderful experience having our baby at City Impact Church Childcare. Seeing how happy he is every day when we arrive truly means the world to us. It’s also been amazing to watch how much he has grown and developed since starting there.

We couldn’t be happier with this daycare. My daughter was transferred here after 2. The food they provide is incredibly healthy, fresh, and well-balanced, which gives us great peace of mind as parents that my daughter will be used to a healthy diet in her future. Most importantly, my daughter feels truly loved, cared for, and safe here. The teachers are warm, patient, and attentive, creating a nurturing environment.

Promotion Terms
- The full 4-week free period must be completed before notice to cancel the enrolment can be given. Following completion of the 4-week free period, the Centre’s standard 4-week notice period for cancellation of enrolment will apply, as outlined in the Financial Policy.
- Offer available for new enrolments for all ages
- Returning children are not eligible for the offer if they have attended this Centre within the last 6 months.
- Offer available for new enrolments made from 6th July 2026 to October 2026, with a minimum of 3 days per week and a minimum of 6 hours attendance per day (7 hour or Full Day Sessions available)
- New enrolments need to start no later than 30th October 2026 in order to be eligible.
- Offer subject to the availability of space.
- Offer not available in conjunction with any other offer.
- Where applicable, discount will be applied after third-party payments, e.g., Work & Income.
- At the completion of this offer, current prices & fee structures will apply, and fees must be paid at least weekly in advance, preferably by automatic payment. Refer to the Fee Schedule for details.
- Offer subject to your child/ren’s attendance matching booked hours. If your child falls into ‘Frequent Absence’ this offer may be revoked.
- All other terms and conditions outlined in the Centre’s Financial Policy and Fee Schedule apply.

The food is nutritious, the provision of nappies is convenient. The child updates on Storypark are something that I eagerly open to see photos and commentary that is so encouraging. The wonderful teachers are passionate about their work with each child, and it shows!

City impact childcare is amazing! Not only is it very affordable, they provide cooked lunches, baking, snacks, breakfast, nappies! The teachers are all amazing and very invested in your child/ren! We get updates throughout the week not only in person but on Storypark with cute photos! They’re amazing when it comes to toilet training and whatever your goals or ambitions are for you child/ren they’ll enforce it as much as they can. They also love celebrating all the holidays, language weeks, my daughter absolutely loves it there!

I would highly recommend the team at City Impact Childcare. They're a lovely bunch of people who are super friendly - my daughter started there young and has always been loved and well cared for. Especially enjoy that all meals (made onsite) and snacks are included too 🙂

We love City Impact Childcare! My daughter gets so excited for her daycare days. The teachers provide fantastic care while allowing the kids to explore and push themselves to discover new things. Having nappies & food provided also makes our lives as parents so much easier. Also always my daughter to try new foods. Could not recommend City Impact Church Childcare - Balclutha enough!

City Impact Balclutha have been part of our family life for a year now. My son started here when he was 18 months old. Having experienced both the under 2s and over 2s side of the childcare I would not want to send my child anywhere else. The staff here are amazing, kind and approachable. I have had many concerns going back into a full time working role and they have always been accomodating of any requests and reassuring through the hard transitions. I know my child is always in the best hands and recieves the same level of love and attention that he would at home all well being supported to learn and thrive in the best environment.
