About
Our City Impact Church Preschool in North Shore is part of the Church building right between Albany and Browns Bay on East Coast Road. Just minutes from the Oteha motorway on-ramp, Albany Mall and industrial areas as well as popular Browns Bay Beach and shops.
To help make life easier for families, our Preschool provides nutritious morning tea and lunch each day, so there is no need to prepare lunchboxes before heading out the door. We believe that when children’s care needs are fully provided for, they are free to focus on learning, building friendships and developing the confidence and skills they need for a successful transition to school.
The Preschool is an over 2’s Centre with a focus on preparing children for school. Our aim is to empower children by creating an engaging environment, to extend and support children’s interests and to equip them in becoming confident, lifelong learners. Our unique Christian philosophy and Biblical curriculum are woven throughout all aspects of our Preschool Programme, all while offering an academic and developmental approach to learning. While our Christian faith and values are an important part of who we are, we warmly welcome all families and are committed to creating a community where every child can feel valued, supported and encouraged to thrive.
Preparing to transition from Preschool to Primary School is an exciting time in any child’s development and we love to make it special! Our goal is to give your child the best possible start to their school days. Our experienced and passionate teachers provide fun learning experiences for children to learn literacy, phonics, letter formation, numeracy and number recognition all while extending their individual goals, interests and strengths.

Still amazing, but still no sky diving. 1 more kid left at Centre and loves it ☺️
Positive:
The wife and I are very picky, we spent many many moons deliberating the expansive list of benefits when considering a day dwelling for the recently birthed human. After spinning a wheel with 57 ECE centers in the area, a moon-bean shone down on us as the wheel stopped on CIC NS ECE BE SSC Centre. Since that fateful day, our child of Mitosis has flourished in this supportive, educational and positive emotion stuff even though the tinny human expels waste while in motion.
Negatives:
They don't currently provide extracurricular activities such as sky-diving, spear fishing or deep sea volcano exploration, but I am told this is something they are enquiring further into.
Thanks Team,
looking forward to many more days of guilt free separation from my child (that I love dearly)

Our girls feel safe, happy, and excited to go each day, which means a lot to us as parents. We’ve also noticed how much they’ve grown in confidence, social skills, and independence since starting here.
We especially appreciate the Christian-based learning woven into their day. It’s shared in such a gentle and meaningful way, helping build kindness, respect, and strong values alongside their learning.
We’re really grateful to be part of this community 💛

The teachers are so caring and attentive, and you can really see the love they have for the children. It’s not just a daycare – they genuinely care for your child as if they were their own. Knowing he is in such a nurturing and supportive environment gives us so much peace of mind.
We are incredibly grateful for the love, patience, and dedication the team shows every day. Thank you for helping our little one grow, learn, and feel so loved. ❤️

What we love most is how Christian values are not just spoken about, but truly lived out every day. The teachers model kindness, patience, respect, and love in a way that reflects Christ’s teachings. Prayer, worship, and Bible-based learning are naturally woven into the children’s daily experiences, helping build strong character alongside academic growth.
The educators are nurturing, attentive, and intentional in guiding the children—not only in their learning milestones but also in their spiritual development. It gives us peace of mind knowing our child is in an environment that encourages faith, compassion, and confidence.
City Impact Childcare is more than just a daycare; it’s a community grounded in faith and excellence. We highly recommend it to families seeking quality early childhood education with a strong Christian foundation.

We are deeply grateful to each and every teacher for the effort they pour into our son. From teaching and guiding him throughout the day to caring for him and creating engaging activities and play experiences - your dedication does not go unnoticed. Knowing he is supported, encouraged, and nurtured in such a positive environment means the world to us.
We truly appreciate everything you do. Thank you for making such a difference in his life.

Since joining, my daughter has become much happier, more confident, and has learned so many new skills and knowledge every day. We are very grateful for everything the team does and highly recommend this center to any family looking for a caring and high-quality daycare.
